What if I am already 55, or older?<br />
Building muscle is like investing. It helps to start early to leverage the benefits of compounding, though there’s room to catch up. As we age, we gain clarity, focus, and maturity. We have more control over our time and our resources. We are also able to invest more where it matters most.
Do I really need to build muscle at this age?
Absolutely. Please read our blogs that talk in more detail about sarcopenia and it’s multiple ill-effects and impact on overall well-being. There’s multiple peer-reviewed articles and research published in leading journals on the benefits of building muscle to keep harmful diseases such as Diabetes at bay.
Why can’t I just go to the gym?
You absolutely can. Several people do not prefer the hustle and bustle of public gyms, exposure to viruses, inconvenience of a commute, and the eventual laziness that cuts into a day / two, or five (?) of your weekly workout routine.
Why can’t I just do this myself?
You sure can. Having done this many times over, we help save time and stress. Our experts know the right equipment, the right brand and quality, where to set it up in your home. We also include professional installation and priming of the equipment and creating workout routines curated to your goals. Most importantly, we hold you accountable for long-term gains 🙂

Who are your typical clients? i.e. - how do I know this is a good fit for me?
Our clients are mostly US-based high profile entrepreneurs and executives. Personal information is kept confidential. They come from various backgrounds, beliefs, ethnicities, and skin colors. Mostly are in their 40s and 50s, some in their 60s, and a few are in their 30s or 70s. About 60% are male.
What kind of equipment do you provide?
We work with several global brands and focus on quality. Depending on availability, specific brand(s) may change from time to time, the quality will not. We keep things transparent as changes occur and keep you informed.
What if I need more training in addition to what is included in the package?
Many of our clients often continue to work with us beyond the initial setup. Our program has been designed after years of feedback and catering to the most frequent needs, though we understand everyone is different and are flexible to ensure your needs are met.
What if I have injuries?
During the initial consultation, our trainers will work with you to understand your goals, history, injuries, and other pertinent details.
What if my spouse wants to workout with me?
One of the joys of a home gym is the ability to bond (and compete?) with family, and perhaps friends and neighbors. Most of the equipment and setup allows for more than one person to work out simultaneously.
Can this be setup in the garage?
Yes!. The garage is often the most popular locations for a home gym.
How much space will this need?
Our most popular setup is approximately 100 sq. ft., typically setup as a 12 x 8.
Is this really for me? I have never done this before...
Most of our clients have previously done cardio workouts such as ellipticals and treadmills, though have little to no weight/resistance training experience. We will assess your level and goals during our initial consultation and build your program that is right for you.
will my gym sit idle like most people's treadmills? asking for a friend...
